I was inspired by your story and the collages are beautiful. I think you're on to something. I also had a thought as you worked through the compositions and started to feel a pull to loosen up and be bold. It's possible that our (your) idea of a home—a place where you're grounded and rooted into community, family and place, can start to be something different than a house with a yard and a front door. Perhaps you find those more important things in different ways by being bold and loose about what it means to have a place you call home. I will enjoy watching you work through these feelings and ideas. Thanks for sharing! 💙

I love this! It's so representative of important unifying topics and emotions we can all relate to. I love mixed media and wish I had a better knack for it. Really inspiring!

This series is so poignant. I like how you can’t see inside and are forced to make a whole from the parts, even if they are not from the same house or even in the same plane!

I love this series Ana and reading the story behind them makes it more powerful. I agree houses hold a lot and I love the way you are processing things through the project. It’s made me wonder about it - I have had a reoccurring dream / nightmare for about 30 years about a house and never figured how to approach it. Maybe that’s what your project resonates so much. Thanks for sharing x
